About our Director of curriculum, communication, and innovation

Kendra Rickerby holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont, a Masters of Arts from the Bread Loaf School of English, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Lesley University.  She recently completed a Certificate in Education Finance from the Edunomics Lab at Georgetown University. Kendra offers insight from having worked in a variety of environments including proficiency-based learning consulting, coordinating a national research scan of personalized learning, a School Effectiveness Coordinator at a state education agency, and as a classroom teacher in an urban charter school and at progressive public high schools here in Vermont.
